Lorespark's per-pillar reading-level assessment is built on Scarborough's Reading Rope and aligned with LETRS literacy research. Every student's reading level rolls up from six pillars rated independently by an Elo-style adaptive system.
Composite reading level is computed via the Simple View of Reading: Word Recognition × Language Comprehension. Per-pillar scores let teachers and parents target specific weaknesses rather than treating reading as a single number.
